Email Short codes allow you to make all of your communication personal. Use a short code to enter a customer’s first name dynamically into an order receipt. 25. New Zapier Trigger Events

While SamCart’s integrations cover a lot of the bases, connecting with third party apps through Zapier provide you tons of flexibility. Connecting your tech stack together, and automating core tasks is easier than ever thanks to new updates to SamCart’s Zapier integration.

This year, you have a few new Zapier trigger events available. Use these events to segment your audience, send reminder text messages, add order data to your reporting, and more.

20: Shopify Fulfillment Integration

This new integration with Shopify allows you to sell your digital products (likes courses, downloads, and services) right alongside physical products!

16: Auto-Complete Shipping Addresses

Last up on the “Tour de Physical Products”, there is nothing more annoying than typing out your shipping address at checkout. In fact, this study from Baymard confirms that long, complicated checkout processes are among the top reasons visitors leave without buying at all!

Limit confusion & boost conversions with new auto-complete addresses on SamCart checkouts. SamCart ties into Google’s worldwide database of verified addresses. 15: Invisible reCAPTCHA

Protect your business from fraud and downtime with Invisible reCAPTCHA. Every month, the amount of bot & malicious traffic continues to rise. If your checkout isn’t actively protecting against bad actors, you can end up issuing refunds to criminals armed with a stockpile of stolen credit cards. Even worse, you can be shut down by payment processors like Stripe or PayPal for chargebacks that come from these fraudulent orders.

14: Subscription Completed Integration Trigger

Setting simple rules that automatically deliver products, enroll in courses, segment new customers, and more. This year, we added a few new integration triggers. The new Subscription Completed trigger allows you to run integration rules anytime the final payment of a subscription is paid.

13: Purchase Custom Domains In SamCart

No one wants their visitors to have to leave their website to make a purchase. If your checkout is still on some other website URL, then you should check out SamCart’s in-app Custom Domains.

The One-Click Upsell is the single most powerful eCommerce tool at your disposal. Like buying extra items on Amazon using your card on file, SamCart’s One-Click Upsells put that power in your hands. When you make it easy for your best customers to buy more, that’s exactly what they do.

Which is why we took “regular” coupons and added a ton of new features. These aren’t just coupons, these are Dynamic Coupons. Spoiler Alert, two of our top 5 new features of the year are related to new Dynamic Coupons. But here’s a quick breakdown of how these new updates can make you more money…

  • Apply coupons to all products, a specific product, or a select group of products
  • Coupons can apply one time, or include recurring discounts for subscriptions & payment plans
  • Supercharge your next sale by giving your coupons a start date and/or end date

5: Single Use Coupons

For #5 we stick with the new Dynamic Coupon updates. One update in particular is the ability to have a coupon work as “single use”. Which means any coupon you create can be set to work exactly one time, for one customer. Or it can be set to work once per customer.

The real value here is your ability to use coupons to strategically boost conversions in your ad campaigns, launches, and sales. James Wedmore strategically uses coupon discounts to convert over 30% of all checkout visitors for his Conversion Cards offer to new email subscribers.

4: Auto-Discounting

Coupons take conversions to the moon. It’s why Amazon constantly has crossed out “retail prices”, on your favorite products. The feeling of getting a discount is a huge driver for new sales. Which is why we built Auto-Discounting into SamCart’s Dynamic Coupons.

Auto-discounting allows you to automatically apply coupon codes to any checkout by adding a simple URL parameter to your checkout links. Your customers click a link from their email, or open Slide Checkout on a landing page, and the coupon is pre-applied to their cart.
