Here’s How the New Integration Works
Step #1 – Sync ActiveCampaign to SamCart
All you need is your Active Campaign API Key and you’re all set.
Step #2 – Decide What List to Add Your New Customers to
After you create your product in SamCart, you can pick any list (or tags) to add (or remove) your customers to when they buy. So your new customers are instantly added to the right lists, and given the right tags inside of Active Campaign!
You can also add/remove someone from a list and add/remove tags if a customer refunds your product, purchases upsell products, cancels a subscription, and any other action someone might take inside your SamCart account.
So you will know your subscribers are getting exactly what messaging you want them to every time!
Step #3 – Let The Magic Happen…
As sales start to roll in, you’ll notice your live dashboard inside ActiveCampaign filling up with awesome stats. Contacts will be added, customers will be converted, and your campaigns will start to kick off.
You’ll also see all your new customers show up in your Contacts list inside ActiveCampaign, giving you the ability to see everything each lead and customer is doing.
Inside each customer profile, you’ll see every single action they take, the lists they belong to, and the tags that have been applied. This gives you the freedom to know how to market to each customer, ensuring they become a loyal buyer of your products and services.
