Current Active Subscriptions
First things first, get an accurate look how exactly how many subscriptions you have active in your account. This is the total number of recurring subscriptions with charges remaining to be attempted. This number includes free trials and at risk subscriptions.
You can use the graph to see how your active subscription count grows over time!
Current Active Trials
Uncover exactly how many active subscriptions you have that are in a trial. This number includes both free and paid trials. And is perfect for planning out how many new customers you have coming down the pipe.
All-Time Trial Conversion Rate

This number reveals the percentage of trials that reached at least 1 subscription charge. So you know wether your trial offers are converting like crazy, or if you need to make changes to keep customers around longer!
This may be the most important number in the entire SamCart Subscriptions Report. The total number of subscription who have a recent failed payments, and are now enrolled in Subscription Saver. You don’t need to lose sleep wondering how much of your subscription revenue is leaking away from your bottom line!
Now that information is right here, whenever you need it! And like we said, SamCart’s Subscription Saver is working around the clock to recover At-Risk subscriptions for you. So Check the Dunning report for more information about how Subscription Saver is working to save these subscriptions from failed payments.

Underneath your All-Time Stats is a graph where you can visually see certain subscription statistics over time. Pick any date range, and get an instant snapshot of exactly how your subscription sales have performed! See how the SamCart Subscriptions Report makes it easy…
No more hoping & guessing when making decisions about your business!
Just use the date picker to select any date range you want. Then use the tabs to toggle between the following reports to get clear insights that will fuel critical business decisions.
Want to know exactly how much of your revenue came from subscriptions? Check this tab to see the exact amount of revenue you collected from subscription charges. The graph shows a breakdown of how much revenue was collected every single day.
The number at the top-left of the graph is the total for that time period.
Curious to know how your subscriptions are growing over time? Check out the active subscriptions tab to visualize that with a line graph showing how many active subscriptions you had in your account at any given time.
While the graph will change to show the date range you pick, the number at the top of the graph will always reflect how many active subscriptions your account has right now for comparison.
Trying to remember when you brought in all those new subscriptions? The total number of new subscriptions created on any given day is available in this tab. The number at the top of the graph is a sum total of new subscriptions created, for the date range you have selected.
Subscriptions By Plan
Check out this table to see exactly how where your subscription sales are coming from! This table breaks out your stats by plan, so you can see how an individual subscription is performing on it’s own.
One of my favorite pieces of business advice was when someone told, “Scale your winners.” With this information, you can put more effort into the offers that are actively bringing in the most money! And scale back your efforts on the subscriptions that may be turning into more of a time-suck.
Pick a date range, and see how many new subscriptions were created during that time, broken out by individual products!
Total Active Subscriptions
No more guesswork, you can immediately find your most popular subscriptions at a glance. Spend more time on your “winners” and put less energy into less popular offers.
See exactly how many active subscriptions you have for that product. This number does not change based on the date range, and is always displaying the number of current active subscriptions.
And of course you can get descriptive information like the Recurring Price, Frequency, and Creation Date for each subscription.
Acquiring new customers is the lifeblood of any thriving business. For anyone selling subscriptions, offering free or paid trials is a great way to get more visitors “in the door”.
Now you can plan out your next move armed with the data about how many of free trials you have created over a chosen date range. Choose your dates, and see how many free trials were created each day, with a sum total displayed in the top-left corner.
This graph includes only free trials. If you want to learn more about how to use free trials, paid trials, & more, check out the Advanced Subscriptions article inside of the SamCart Help Area!
The SamCart Subscriptions Report is only as valuable as the subscriptions you can keep active. You need to understand when customers are cancelling, so you can make informed decisions about how to keep your subscription customer around!
With this table, you can see how many subscriptions have been cancelled, and when.
Pick a date range, and see how many subscriptions have been cancelled each day. Look in the top-left for a sum total of cancellations for that time period.
Cancellations By Plan
Want to take that a step further? Take the Cancellations table, and break it out by product, and you have the Cancellations By Plan table. No more guesswork! Now you can have clarity about which of your subscriptions need some extra work, so you can protect your recurring sales month after month with the data you need to grow your bottom line.
Pick a date range, and see exactly how many of each subscription were cancelled during that time.
Also get descriptive information about each subscription product like Product Price, Billing Frequency, and Creation Date.
