How Full Circle Music Accelerates Revenue From Their Online Courses on SamCart

“A lot of people have trouble navigating [the music industry] and since our founders have successfully navigated it and we're so connected to other people who have successfully navigated it, we want to take all that knowledge and help other people successfully navigate the music industry, whether they want a career or if they just want to do something on a really high level or do something on a professional level,” says Logan. “We want to help them make that happen. That is our story.”
The Full Circle community focuses on the Nashville area, boasting nearly 400 members that focus predominantly on country music, Christian music, and pop music. They also do some work in rock music and electronic music, as well as sync, which is just music that gets placed in film or television.

How Full Circle Landed on SamCart to Sell Courses
Full Circle released their first course on music production mastery, and they originally sold it through a platform called Zippy Courses. It integrated with Wordpress, which proved to be difficult.
“What we were trying to do on Wordpress was way beyond the scope of what we could keep up with at a professional level,” Logan recalls. “So, we searched around for different course platforms, and we ended up moving our courses off of Wordpress and eventually, all of our sales of the courses over to SamCart. With SamCart, the thing that I always come back to and why we wanted to sell courses through SamCart is fundamentally because we want to sell everything ‘the SamCart way,’ making sales as simple and straightforward as possible.”
Logan vied for SamCart because he himself has been a SamCart client for years to sell his own music, dating back to the early days of SamCart in 2014.
“When they first released the SamCart beta, I had actually followed Scott and Brian from their previous business, Get 10,000 Fans. In that, the main thing they talked about was that you've got to have an upsell. That was one of the most important principles: the power of a one-click upsell. At the time, there weren't many other options that could really do that in a simple way. There are a few other options now, but SamCart is definitely still the best.”

“I love that SamCart allows you to do multiple payment options on upsells and, like I mentioned earlier, there are other companies that can do one-click upsells but there are very few companies that will allow you to do one-click upsells with multiple payment options,” Logan mentions. “We've found that really helpful because anytime you're selling something for, say, $500 or more, offering it alongside a payment plan often increases our conversions by quite a lot, so I absolutely love that SamCart feature.”
Logan also mentions how helpful SamCart’s add-to-order feature is if they’re ever trying to sell a customer a new product via their customer support team.
Full Circle utilizes the Customer Hub regularly to give their customers a dedicated place to download invoices and update their payment details. “It’s something that has made things a lot easier for us and our customers,” Logan says.
“We use the Affiliate Center quite a bit since we are on the (SamCart) Scale plan,” Logan says.
“We definitely run affiliate promotions from time to time, so having that Affiliate Center has worked really well for us. It's really simple to pay our affiliates out through Paypal. Sure, there are definitely more robust affiliate programs out there, but SamCart doesn't brand itself as an affiliate system. But for what we need, SamCart is great for that overall.”
But these features aren’t all the things Logan loves about SamCart: “Their commitment from the very beginning to unlimited products and no transaction fees is something I really appreciate.
