New Integration Triggers for Scheduled Cancellation

Don’t wait for the cancellation to process for retention outreach! Set up integration triggers to be notified when a subscription is scheduled to cancel, not just when it actually cancels, to trigger win-back campaigns, tag customers as at-risk in your CRM, or any other action you'd like to take to save at-risk revenue.

One of SamCart's mot frequently requested reports is now live! With the Sales Tax Report, you can export your sales tax data, which includes a Nexus Summary view showing tax collected by jurisdiction. To access, go to Analytics > Sales Tax and choose from two export options.
This is currently available for US sales tax only.
Order Count Added to Customers page

The Customers page now shows an "Order Count" column for every customer. Filter by Order Count (equals, greater than, less than, etc.) to find new customers, repeat buyers, and VIPs.
Shipping Address for Physical Upsells
