There are so many reasons I could talk about why I love working at SamCart, but one I always come back to is that everyone treats each other as human. Egos are left at the door and everyone is willing to help one another because there is a mutual understanding that we are all working towards the same goal. We understand that things and everyone is ready to step up to the occasion. I love being able to rely on such awesome teammates.

SamCart's remote-work policies enable me to be near my own family when necessary. On top of that, the people I work with genuinely care about what we create collectively. Whether it’s work output or work relationships, everyone at the company does whatever they can to make it meaningful.

I have been fortunate enough to sit on three different teams at SamCart. In each position, my manager has encouraged my professional growth and supported me as I added new skills to my repertoire - even if it meant moving on to a new role within the company.

My favorite thing about Samcart is the people I get to work with! At Samcart people do not let their egos get in the way. Everyone is always open to lend a helping hand and work as a team and I never feel silly for asking a question.
